CENTRAL RESERVATIONS
Bookings for all our hotels are taken at our busy call centre at the Daish’s Travel Office in Torquay. Our friendly staff are always happy to offer advice on your holiday and will help you through the booking process. As well as being open 7 days a week on 0870 902 1412, we also operate a 24 Hour Emergency Hotline.
We encourage callers to read our brochure or website prior to booking, then call us to make a firm booking over the phone. We will require a £50 pp deposit for all paying passengers (plus any insurance premium if applicable), followed by full payment six weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings within six weeks of the arrival date should be paid immediately.
We accept payment by credit card (subject to a 1.5% credit card fee), debit card (no charge) or cheque (no charge). Last minute bookings made within 7 days of travel must be paid by credit or debit card only, not by cheque.
HOLIDAY MEDICAL INSURANCE
Holiday Insurance is not compulsory but is strongly recommended. For your protection and peace of mind we have arranged a special travel insurance scheme with AXA Insurance (UK) plc who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Emergency assistance is provided by International Medical Rescue. The main benefits of our insurance are:

*Except terminal or certain hospital-treated cases. Full terms and conditions are explained in the Insurance Policy which will be sent to you with your booking confirmation upon receipt of payment. The policy contains a 14 day “cooling off” period in case you decide the insurance is unsuitable.
